Summer Park Worker







DESCRIPTION: 2, full-time seasonal positions through the summer months working on areas managed by the Bremer County Conservation Board. Job duties include, but are not limited to: general area maintenance consisting of mowing, trimming, painting, light construction, litter control, restroom and facility cleaning, trail maintenance and other duties as required. Working some weekends and holidays may be required.







QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to operate tractors with mowing decks, chain saws, and small hand tools is a plus. Applicants may work in adverse conditions and must be able to handle strenuous physical activities. Preference will be given to students working towards a degree in the Natural Resources field.







SALARY: $8.00-$9.00 per hour, 40 hours per week lasting until August or September, depending on applicant.
