Complete camping facilities on 23 acres along a branch of Beaver Dam Creek just off of Interstate 35.
Location
Southeast of the intersection of blacktops S-25 and B-65 in Thornton (203 Ash St. E.).
Features
Frisbee golf course, open air shelter, showers/flush toilets, electricity. Thornton’s public golf course is located immediately north of the park.
Operating Hours & Seasons
Campground open from first weekend in May through the second weekend in October depending on weather conditions.
