Split Rock Park
Split Rock Park is an 80-acre area and is the largest and most highly used park in the Chickasaw County Conservation Board system. A 10-acre man-made lake was constructed at the park in 1966 and provides quality fishing for Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, and Channel Catfish. Some crappie are occasionally caught.
Split Rock Park is located 4 miles south and 1.5 miles west of Fredericksburg at 3090 Pembroke Ave.
10 acre lake, fishing jetty, concrete boat ramp, hiking trail, pit toilets, modern shower/restroom, 3 shelters, playground, sand volleyball court, swimming beach, historic stone building
Campground has 20 amp, 30 amp, 50 amp service
Camping rates are $12/day without electricity; $15/day with electricity

Campground is closed November 1 to May 1 each year.
Due to a fish kill during the winter of 2013-14, there will be limited fishing in Split Rock Park Lake for a couple of years. We have begun renovation of the lake. Some fish (bluegill) should be catchable size by the summer of 2016, other fish will take a little longer.
