Herbert Gutknecht Park


It is one acre in size with 5 designated campsites. There is no charge for overnight camping. There is also hand pumped running water, picnic tables, and a shelter. The restroom is a pit type with handicapped accessibility. Adjoining the edge of the park is the Pioneer Trail. This park is an excellent stop when traveling and a popular place to view the fireworks coming from nearby town of Reinbeck on the Fourth Of July.

Location

This park is located between Morrison and Reinbeck at the junction of State Highway 175 and County Road T-55.
