Reservations:

 Please visit our Facilities tab to make a campsite reservation.  Reservations must be made 5 days in advance: if you'd like a site for Friday night, have your reservation made by Sunday night.  Reservations must be made online.

 

This 43-acre park lies on the banks of the Mississippi River at the mouth of Spruce Creek.  Spruce Creek park is great for a visit to the Mississippi River, with a boat marina, modern camping sites, showers and restrooms, a large picnic area, shelters (available for reservation), and playground equipment.

All out of COUNTY firewood is prohibited unless clearly marked with the certification of being Emerald Ash Borer free.  Please buy it where you'll burn it.

FAQ's: When water levels are high, the creek side and river shore sites are the first to close with water levels at 14' 3" and the park closes at 15'.  The docks can handle levels up to 16' before watercraft must be removed.

To apply for a boat slip, please call the main office with your hull ID #, address and contact info.  



Operating Hours & Seasons

Shower building is open from April 15th through October 15th of the camping season.
Park open to visitors 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM.  Campers only after 10:30 PM.
Campground attendants are available May - September
