Event Summary

Beat cabin fever this month and join certified raptor educator Joan Schnabel for an indoor program about owls followed by a night hike. Joan will bring her Great Horned Owl to discuss owl adaptations and cool facts. Participants can then head outside for a short hike in hopes of hearing owls. Hot chocolate will be available to warm up afterwards. Registration is required by Monday, February 5. Space is limited so register early by contacting 319-645-1011 or salgreen@co.johnson.ia.us. Be sure to dress for the weather and for hiking on uneven terrain.
