Palo Alto County Conservation manages over 2,300 acres of public forests, parks, marshes and prairies. Habitat management includes tree planting, prairie and wetland restoration and management, wildlife food plots, fish stocking and the maintenance of nesting structures for ducks, geese, and songbirds.
