Falconry is the art of hunting with a trained bird of prey. Falconry is known to have been practiced by humans for over 3000 years! Meet Kay Neumann, the Executive Director of SOAR - Saving Our Avian Resources who has been a falconer for over thirty years. She will share the history of falconry and then participants will join Kay and one of her falcons in the field for a demonstration of falconry techniques. FREE. No registration required.
