Join us at Botna Bend Park for a two night celebration full of fun for the whole family!
We kick off the fun on Friday, October 20th at 6:30 p.m. with campfire stories for kids of all ages presented by the Council Bluffs Library.
Saturday, October 21st is a full day of fun with a variety of activities planned throughout the day.
10:00 a.m. : Halloween Crafts
12:00 p.m.: Corn Hole Tournament, register your two person team in advance at the Botna Bend Park office
3:00 p.m. :Live demonstrations with Raptor Recovery
6:25 p.m.: Campground Trick-or-Treating
7:15 p.m.: Movie in the Park - Hotel Transylvania
Please meet at Olsen Lodge for all of these events. If you are interested in participating in the Corn Hole Tournament at noon you must register your 2 person team at the Botna Bend Park office that morning before the start of the tournament.
Attendees must purchase a $2.00 per vehicle daily entrance pass or have a valid Pottawattamie County Conservation annual park permit to attend this program. Daily entrance passes may be purchased with exact change or check at the front gate and may be purchased the day of the event. Annual permits may be purchased for $10.00 from staff at any of our parks or at the Loess Hills Lodge at Hitchcock Nature Center during regular business hours. There is no additional fee to attend this program, free will donations are encouraged and will support continued programming opportunities in Pottawattamie County.
