Come hear the first-person portrayal of Neta Snook given by Rosemary Harris who tells the story of a fearless and forgotten aviator. Though not a native Iowan, Neta got her education in Ames and became the first female aviator ever accepted into flying school and to run a commercial airfield. Among her long list of accomplishments was teaching Amelia Earhart to fly! This program is free and no registration is required.
