Duffus Landing




This one acre tract is managed for boat and canoe access to the Iowa River and shoreline fishing. The property was originally leased in 1961 and expired in 2001. The land is currently owned by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and managed by the Tama County Conservation Board.

Location

Located on the east side of the Iowa River bridge, 1 1/2 miles west of Chelsea in the NW 1/4, Section 13, Richland Township.

Open year round, 24 hours daily.

Closures

Parking lot not maintained during winter months.
