Built in 2016, Smokey Hollow is a one-bedroom (672 sq. ft.) family cabin with a front porch and outdoor living space. Smokey Hollow cabin features one queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofa sleeper and twin-size bunk beds in the living room, accommodating six adults. Cabin amenities include heat and air conditioning, full bathroom with walk-in shower, fully-furnished kitchen, dining table with bench seating, television, and Blu-Ray disc player. A picnic table and campfire ring/grill are provided outside. Parking is available immediately adjacent to the cabin for a maximum of two standard vehicles.

Smokey Hollow cabin is partially accessible and includes a walk-in shower.

Fees

$90 per night* (Friday-Saturday and Holidays)

$70 per night* (Sunday-Thursday)

*This rental fee includes a 5% statewide Hotel/Motel Consumer's Use Tax imposed on the rental of recreational cabins.

Minimum two-night stay on weekends (Friday-Saturday).

Minimum three-night stay on Holiday weekends.

Maximum stay of 14 nights within a 30-day period.

Hours of Operation & Seasons

  • Smokey Hollow cabin is available to rent year-round.
  • Reservations may be made up to two years in advance.
  • Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Closures

Smokey Hollow cabin is available to rent year-round.

Permits

  • Smoking is prohibited in the cabin.
  • Pets/animals are prohibited in or near the cabins.
  • Keg beer is prohibited.
  • Cabin furniture must remain inside cabin.
  • Tents and campers are not allowed in the cabin area. Please use the campground.
  • Cooking/grilling is prohibited on the porch.
  • Cleaning fish/game is prohibited in or near cabin.
  • Quiet hours are 10:30 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.
  • No one under the age of 21 is allowed to reserve a cabin or occupy a cabin unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian of at least 21 years of age.
  • All Rules & Regulations of the Woodbury County Conservation Board are in effect. Violation may result in fines, use privileges being rescinded, and forfeiture of reservation fees.
