Description
Under general direction from the County Conservation Board, provide administrative guidance and ensure effective operation of the Board Office. In consultation with the County Attorney's Office, ensure compliance with the code of Iowa. Manage Board Office and specific projects as assigned by the Board. Direct communication and outreach effects on behalf of the board, serve as the Board's confidential liaison regarding the administration of Board policies and procedures, and advise the board on administrative matters and policy issues. Qualifications
Graduation from four (4) year college or university with major course work in natural sciences, (4) years of experience in natural resource management and program administration. Experience with budgets and boards
