Event Summary
This class is for first time participants. Outdoor activities include games, fishing, geode smashing, birds, ants, and gardening! Participants will meet each Tuesday and Thursday in July from 9-10 AM at South Riverside Park in Waverly. Bremer County Naturalists Heather Gamm and Chelsea Ewen will lead/teach all sessions.
Enrollment Fee: $20.00
Enrollment Ages: 8-9 years old
Class size limit: 20 students

July 5th: Life on the Prairie
July 10th: Fishing/Fish On! Board Game
July 12th: Papermaking/Tree Identification
July17th: Ants in your Pants!
July 19th: Geology/Geode Smashing
July 24th: Get in the Garden (Making Salsa)
July 26th: Act like a Bird Day!
July 31st: Trash to Treasures (Recycling Crafts)
