This site is located on 29 acres with space for primitive camping. There is river access to put your boat in, whether it is a jon boat, canoe or kayac. It is a river that has become known for its great fishing. It is widely used for fishing and picnicking and is both an entrance and exit point for canoeing the Iowa River and viewing its beautiful wooded and limestone bluffs.
Location
Cross’s Ford is located 2 miles east of Iowa Falls on county Highway D-15. Turn south on OO Avenue traveling approximately 5 miles southeast of Iowa Falls. The access is located on the west side of the road boarding the Iowa River.
