Obtained through a federal flood buyout, the site currently offers creek access as well as a mowed trail around the restored prairie and a sizable green area for picnicking.

The Indian Creek Greenbelt Area is located roughly a quarter mile south of Emerson on 410th St, south of the railroad tracks.
