Yoga in the Park

Pottawattamie County Conservation is excited to announce our first ever Yoga in the Park event in partnership with Abundant Moon Yoga in Missouri Valley, Iowa. Join us Saturday, July 22nd at 8:30 a.m. for an early morning yoga session and take in the beauty of Hitchcock Nature Center.
Join us for a 45-50 minute beginners yoga session presented by Rachelle Pfouts, owner and instructor at Abundant Moon Yoga. This event is perfect for yogis of all ages and experience levels. Please bring a beach towel or yoga mat, water, & don't forget bug spray! Participants are asked to meet at the parking lot near the front gate of the park, by the playground. In the event of rain we will move our practice indoors so come on up to the Loess Hills Lodge.
This event is free with a suggested free will donation of $5.00. Participants do not need to pay the regular daily entrance fee to attend the program.
