Zambia  presented by Ty Smedes:

Zambia may be one of Africa’s best-kept secrets for a safari destination. This presentation will take you to a delightful country filled with wonderful people, beautiful scenery, amazing birds, elephant, zebra, giraffe, several species of antelope, and many other grazers. See amazing photographs taken at night, including dramatic footage of leopards stalking and taking down prey. Lastly, we will ply the waters of the Zambezi River, where elephant and hippo abound, and which feeds the world famous Victoria Falls.

Menu:  Lasagna, garden salad, breadstick, and holiday brownie

Registration for the optional meal is required by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2017
