The 2022 Frosty Buns Race Series kicks off with the Iowa Games Snowshoe Race! All details can be found at https://www.iowagames.org/event/winter-iowa-games/snowshoeing. You can register ahead of the event at that website or you can register day-of. If registering day-of, please arrive early.
7:45 AM Race Registration
9:00 AM Snowshoe Race Starts
We’ll have a hot meal ready to be served to snowshoers after the race ends.
**On Race day, if there is no snow, this event will still be held and will become a trail run.**
Early registration ends Jan. 31st, 2022 ($29)
Late Fee:$34 Entry Fee - February 7, 2022
On-site entries will be accepted for $35. Pre-registration is preferred.
**Different this year!! We will only be having 2 races this year in this series. We will be serving the famous 'frosty buns' at the Iowa Games Snowshoe Race, as well as, a hot lunch. The Sticky Stride participants will receive a free ticket into the Maple Syrup Festival. (The ticket is good for any day of the festival. If you are signed up for the race but would like to attend Friday night's event, please contact Katie [kklus@blackhawkcounty.iowa.gov] to get your ticket in advance.)
