Yoga in the Park: Summer Solstice Yoga Nidra

This class will be in-person in the Community Room at Hartman Reserve. It will celebrate the first day of summer, honoring the longest day of the year with love and gratitude. Join Steffany Kroeger for 15-20 minutes of very gentle movement followed by 30 + minutes of guided meditation. Yoga Nidra is a type of yogic sleep in which you will be guided into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. The result is deep relaxation for setting Sankapla (long term intention/goal). This event will end at sunset with an outdoor fire circle (weather permitting) as the solstice is also about Manipuri (solar plexus) and stoking the inner fire.

Cost: $20. Max 15 participants.
