Aya is a joyful, healing, expressive, cardio dance meditation practice that will LIGHT YOU UP!! Join the ever-joyful instructor Dani Eastman for a special Aya dance class at surrounded by the natural beauty of Hartman Reserve Nature Center! This dance meditation experience will focus on connecting you with your body, heart, and inner wisdom as you move in guided, feel-good ways. Come feel joyfully alive, peaceful, and free! Leave feeling more present, centered, and connected to yourself and our natural environment.
