Paddle in the Park is an annual program series that is held at the canoe/ kayak boat launch at Hickory Hills Park in LaPorte City, Iowa. Naturalists from Black Hawk County Conservation are on-site to offer canoes, kayaks, paddles and PFDs for an evening paddle throughout the summer. No reservations are taken ahead of time- first come, first served. Cost: $5/kayak, $10/canoe, Free with current campground receipt (camping receipt required as proof).
