Fish Camp
Gabrielson Park - Gustafson Lake, Buena Vista County

Fish Camp will be held at
the Shelter House at Gabrielson Park. Day camp fee is $5 per student; this fee
helps to cover cost of camp supplies. Ten students will be allowed per camp. To
register, please contact the conservation office at 712 -295 – 7985. When
registering please let us know which camp and time you would like to sign up,
also include any allergies or medications we should be aware of.
After
registering we will either mail or email you a registration form that needs to
be filled out and sent back to us along with your registration fee before camp
begins. You only need to choose one day of camp.
Fishing Camp: Ages
7 -9 years
We will
start by practice casting before heading down to the lake to fish. Then we will
head back up to the shelter house for a fish printing craft, snack, and fishing
games. Children may bring a white shirt to decorate during fish printing
otherwise paper will be provided.
