Buck Creek Campground is located three miles north of Garnavillo. Buck Creek is surrounded by over 100 acres of forested land and is located along the banks of Buck Creek Trout Stream.  

This primitive campsite contains a fire pit and picnic table. Two tents may be on the site, or you can have one RV or one trailer in the parking lot. Two motor vehicles are allowed per campsite. 

ONLINE RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

Hours of Operation & Seasons

Parks are open to the public from 6:00am-10:30pm.

All registered campers may check-in at 3:00pm and must check-out by 3:00pm. 

Closures

The park is closed to non-registered campers from 10:30pm-6:00am. 

This site is located in a low area and effected by heavy rains and flash flooding. Temporary closures may result after heavy rainfalls.
