National Public Lands Day Hike: McGregor

Public Land comes in all shapes and sizes! Join the city of McGregor and the Clayton County Conservation Board in celebrating National Public Lands Day with a short hike on the newly-constructed hiking trail between Center Street and Cemetery Street on Saturday, September 29th at 10:00 AM.
The trail climbs roughly 250’ over the course of approximately one mile through a beautiful forest hidden in a quiet neighborhood. The group will gather at the parking area on Cemetery Street just west of its junction with Center Street. The parking area will be marked. Wear comfortable, sturdy shoes as it is a primitive, dirt-surface hiking trail with occasional rocks and roots.
