Welcome Center Auditorium – (Available only during business hours) Located inside the Welcome Center on the main floor. This space is 800 sq ft, we have plenty of 8 ft folding tables and folding chairs. This room holds 66 people and is handicap accessible. The auditorium is equipped with a ceiling projector.
Rental Fees: Half-Day – 4 Hours $20.00 (SUNDAYS APRIL - OCT ONLY OPEN 12-4) Full Day – 8 am-4:00 pm $40.00

CANCELLATION POLICYConsider this policy prior to purchasing a reservation.
Should you choose to cancel a reservation with the Clayton County Conservation Board, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation fees paid. Please call the Clayton County Conservation Office 563.245.1516 to cancel your reservation.
Please understand at the time of booking your reservation you immediately prohibit other people from reserving and utilizing that campsite; therefore, they will go elsewhere to locate a facility for that date.
Name of person on the reservation will be the only person who can cancel a facility reservation. All cancellations of a reservation cannot be done online and must be made by calling 563.245.1516
If a facility reservation is cancelled by Clayton County Conservation Board due to a natural disaster or if by some means the facility is unusable, a refund will be issued to the person that made the original reservation upon request to the Clayton County Conservation Board.

All reservations with the Clayton County Conservation Board and the $4 Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the Clayton County Conservation Board is unable to provide your facility (or like facility) in operable condition for the date of your reservation(s) a refund will be issued upon request. .
