17th Annual Project Aware / Boone River Clean Up

This 17th year of Project Aware people we will be cleaning 61.4 miles of the Boone River. We will be going from River Park in Goldfield thru Hamilton County to Boone Forks Canoe Access in Webster County. Different sections of the river will be cleaned each day. Canoes and transportation will be provided. For more details go to www.iowaprojectaware.org  Briggs Woods Park Campground will be the base camp for most of the event. 

Come and help clean up the Boone River and improve water conditions in the river. Come for all or part of the event as it works for your schedule. All volunteers must abide by IA DNR boating laws and wear a life jacket.
