Boys. Backwoods. Beer.  is a new club for guys looking to join with other like-minded individuals to learn new outdoor skills and discuss conservation related topics. At each meeting we will begin with social time and wine followed by a discussion and/or activity on that programs given topic. Wine will be provided but is limited to 1 glass per person. You may bring your own wine or beverage if you would like. Registration is required via 1 week prior to the meeting so we can provide enough supplies. All meetings will be held in the Oakland Mills Nature Center. Adults 21+ only. FREE.

2023 Meeting Topics and Dates:
Bowfishing- June 22th from 5:30-7 p.m.
Canoeing- July 20th from 5:30-7 p.m.
Geocaching- August 10th from 5:30-7 p.m.
Pioneer Cabin Building- December 7th from 5:30-7 p.m.

 *Reminder postcards will be sent each month for those that are interested in the Boys. Backwoods. Beer. program. You can also listen to Danika Cox, Naturalist, or Shania Hansen, Assistant Naturalist, on KILJ 105.5 FM radio on the first Thursday of the month for updates for all programs.

Note: All programs are held in the EE classroom of the Oakland Mills Nature Center unless stated otherwise.
