Fall Wapsi Float - EVENT FULL

Join Naturalist Chuck Ungs and others on a scenic float of the Wapsipinicon River. The float is scheduled near the peak of the leaf change to enjoy all the season has to offer us. You will also be treated to unique views of Pinicon Ridge Park as well as the Mary Lundby Bridge from the Wapsi. We will have a chance to view a wide variety of wildlife from the river.  Participants are responsible for bringing their own boats, gear and must wear their mandatory lifejackets. Arrangements can be made to use a very limited quantity of gear by calling 319-892-6485.  Pack plenty of water, sunscreen, a lunch or snacks, and dress for the weather. Very limited group size due to Covid concerns, wear masks as needed and bring hand sani for your groups use. Cost: $10/participant. Register online by October 6.
