Late Summer Wapsi Float

Join Naturalist Chuck Ungs and others on a scenic float of the Wapsipinicon River. The float is scheduled near the end of summer. We will enjoy the variety of life we find along the river. You will also be treated to unique views of Pinicon Ridge Park as well as the Mary Lundby Bridge from the Wapsi and a chance to view a wide variety of wildlife from the river. Participants are responsible for their own boats, gear and lifejackets. Pack water, a lunch or snacks, and dress for the weather. Registration deadline is September 5, the cost is $20 per participant.
