Campers will have the opportunity to explore the prairie, forest, and wetland around the learning center with a focus on ecosystems, habitat, and nature discovery. We will look closely at where things live and what it takes to survive in the wild. We may use dip nets to catch aquatic critters; learn about amazing birds and mighty mammals. Expect to play camouflage games, discover animal tracks, get dirty, and have a lot of fun. Discovery Day Camp is designed for campers between the ages of 7 and 9.
