This hard surfaced trial was built mainly on the dike along Linn Creek and the Iowa River in Marshalltown. This trail starts at Riverpark, goes through Marshalltown to GrimesFarm and Conservation Center, and connects to the Highway 30 trail which leads to Melbourne.
Features
The trail from Riverpark to Melbourne is approximately 22 miles where trail users can observe views of river bottom timberlandd and marshes, as well prairie grasses and wildflowers.
