Camping Season Is Just Around The Corner!

Posted:3/21/2013 O'Brien / Mill Creek Park

The O’Brien County Conservation has been busy preparing for the 2013 Camping Season.  Can you believe that Our O’Brien County Camping Parks will officially open in 41 Days?  May 1st is just around the corner.

Are you interested in sponsoring a camping pad extension at the Mill Creek Park, east of Paullina?  The extension provides a paved area that stretches out to the picnic table and the fire ring at your camp site and you can step in and out of your camper and not worry about bringing the outdoors inside your camper.  A WIN WIN For Everyone!

$200 includes the supplies, labor, and a brick with your message placed at the site of your choice.  Forms are available at the Prairie Heritage Center (the O’Brien County Conservation Board’s Office), the Mill Creek Park Campground Hosts, the O’Brien County Conservation Board’s Park Rangers, or on-line at Mill Creek Camping Pad Forms, under "Related Items".

The O’Brien County Conservation Board Is Looking Forward To Seeing You, Your Family, & Your Friends at Our O’Brien County Parks!
