Fishing Basics for Scouts - cancelled

This program is designed for scout groups using fun-filled, hands-on, science-based learning. The program is not designed to complete a badge or an achievement but may satisfy some requirements. Pre-registration is required. Minimum age 8.

Fishing - Learn about the different kinds of fish in Iowa, fishing safety, casting, and regulations. We will then head over to Discovery Pond to go fishing. Bait and poles will be provided, but feel free to bring your own as well.
