Friday, February 21, 2020

Have the adventure of a lifetime on this five-day trip to northern Minnesota. One full day will be spent dog sledding with extensively trained dogs and staff. Experienced guides will teach you how to harness your dogs, steer the sled, and lead our trip into the wilderness.  The remaining days will provide opportunity to cross-country ski on groomed trails, explore the backwoods by snowshoe (instruction and equipment available), visit the International Wolf Center and watch the start of the annual WolfTrack Dogsled races. We will return each evening to a large family-style cabin. Pre-registration required. This trip is co-lead by Polk and Story County Conservation. Registration deadline January 20. Must be 21 and older.
