Sharing her passion for holistic health, nature and fitness, guest instructor, Angela will lead you through a series of stabilizing exercises virtually from the Jester Park Nature Center.  This class is designed to improve balance and coordination, not only in the body but also the mind, these gentle, yet effective movements are sure to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded and energized.
