Join us at Botna Bend Park on Saturday, March 7th at 6:30 p.m. for a guided night hike to experience a whole new side of nature. Hit the trails with our naturalist & see what signs of early spring you can spot. Stop by & visit with the resident elk & bison herds to learn more about these amazing animals & enjoy sunset in this beautiful park.
All ages are welcome to attend this event. While the hike will not be strenuous it will involve walking on uneven terrain in the dark, please wear appropriate closed toe shoes, strollers are not permitted. Please dress for the weather as this event will take place outdoors.
Cost for this event is $5.00 per person & includes admission to the park, all programming, & refreshments. Online pre-registration is required as space is limited. For questions not answered online please call 712-545-3283, registrations will not be taken over the phone.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 1 week (7 days) prior to the event by calling 712-545-3283 & speaking with staff directly. Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance of the event will not be refunded. Program fees for events cancelled by Pottawattamie Conservation for any reason will be refunded.
Meet at Olsen Lodge at Botna Bend Park. Weather permitting. While this event is people friendly it is not pet friendly, please leave your canine friends at home. Service animals are always welcome.
