Botna Bend Overnight: 7th & 8th Grade Camp

Designed for kids who are entering 7th or 8th grade. Older campers will experience a guided overnight stay at Hitchcock Nature Center as they learn more about navigating the great outdoors.

This year we will be offering two overnight camp options exploring two of our Pottawattamie County Parks. Camp is $75.00 per camper/ per camp session & campers may attend either session or both for the ultimate outdoor experience. Campers must provide their own sleeping bags & bring appropriate clothing.

Join us for a unique adventure and practice your canoeing skills as we paddle to our campsite for an overnight stay at Botna Bend Park. Camp begins at 9:00 a.m. on July 17th & ends at noon on July 18th.

Please download our 2017 Information Packet, Camper Information Form, & Camper Waivers below and bring them on your first day of camp or return them via email to Rene Stroud, at rene.stroud@pottcounty-ia.gov.
