Hitchcock Nature Center, Pottawattamie County

Thursday, August 23, 2018

Everyone is welcome to join in the fun with the new Hitchcock Nature Center Insect Club at their fourth meeting of the season, August 23rd. The pre-meeting hike begins at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. You do not have to attend the hike to attend the meeting.

This brand new organization combines learning with volunteering as insect enthusiasts gather together in Iowa's Loess Hills. Each meeting will include discussing club business, presenting a "featured insect" and a presentation or educational program.
