2019 Summer Concert Series

Hitchcock Nature Center, Pottawattamie County

Sunday, July 7, 2019

Enjoy a concert in the Loess Hills on Sunday, July 7th at 4:00 p.m. Please note, due to high water on the Missouri River this event has been moved to Hitchcock Nature Center in Honey Creek.

Help us welcome our friends SkreTTa eTc. back for another evening of music. From rock to blues & everything in between SkreTTa eTc. is the perfect band for an evening in the park.

We will also be welcoming Anthony Piccolo's & their amazing food truck. Bring your appetite because they will be serving up their tasty food throughout the event.

The summer concert series is a monthly event held on the 1st Sunday of the month June through September & featuring a variety of family friendly bands. Events are open to all ages, free with park admission or an annual membership, & require no pre-registration or tickets. Coolers & outside food are welcome, no alcohol please.

Well behaved dogs on short leashes are permitted at these events. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste during their visit. Please use your best judgement when deciding to bring your canine friend, concerts can be loud and even the best behaved dog may not respond well. Service animals are always welcome.

Participants must purchase a $3.00 per vehicle daily entrance pass or have a Pottawattamie Conservation Foundation membership to attend this program. Daily entrance passes may be purchased with exact change or check at the front gate and may be purchased the day of the event. Annual memberships may be purchased for $20.00 from staff at any of our parks or at the Loess Hills Lodge at Hitchcock Nature Center during regular business hours. You may also purchase your annual membership online, in advance at www.pottawattamieconservationfoundation.com. There is no additional fee to attend this program, free will donations are encouraged and will support continued programming opportunities in Pottawattamie County.
