2019 Summer Concert Series: Tonewoods Acoustic III

Hitchcock Nature Center, Pottawattamie County

Sunday, August 4, 2019

Enjoy a concert in the Loess Hills on Sunday, September 1st at 4:00 p.m. Please note, due to high water on the Missouri River this event has been moved to Hitchcock Nature Center in Honey Creek. Enjoy an evening at the park with Tonewoods Acoustic III. Let this talented trio serenade you with acoustic renditions of some of your favorite songs.

The summer concert series is a monthly event held the first Sunday of the month June through September & featuring a variety of family friendly bands. Events are open to all ages, free with park admission or an annual membership, & require no pre-registration or tickets.

Coolers & outside food are welcome, no alcohol please. While we do not recommend that you bring your dog we do permit well behaved dogs on short leashes at this event. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste during their visit. Please use your best judgement when deciding to bring your canine friend, concerts can be loud and even the best behaved dog may not respond well. Service animals are always welcome.

Participants must purchase a $3.00 per vehicle daily entrance pass or have a Pottawattamie Conservation Foundation membership to attend this program. Daily entrance passes may be purchased with exact change or check at the front gate and may be purchased the day of the event. Annual memberships may be purchased for $20.00 from staff at any of our parks or at the Loess Hills Lodge at Hitchcock Nature Center during regular business hours. You may also purchase your annual membership online, in advance at www.pottawattamieconservationfoundation.com. There is no additional fee to attend this program, free will donations are encouraged and will support continued programming opportunities in Pottawattamie County. Weather Permitting.
