These 94 acres were acquired by the County Conservation Board in 1972. There is a 10 acre pond located near the south edge of the property. There is access to the pond for small boats, canoes, and kayaks via concrete boat ramp. Fish that may be found in the pond include: Bluegill, Catfish, Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Perch, Smallmouth Bass, and Walleye. Hunting is allowed at this area and is known as some of the better deer habitat in Sioux County.
