The yoga in the park craze has finally made it to Story County Conservation! Join us at the shelter house at Dakins Lake for an hour long yoga session. Come ready to relax, release, and enjoy nature. Bring a mat or a towel and a full water bottle, and wear clothes you can move in. All experience levels and ages are welcome.
For any outdoor program, SCC recommends wearing a hat and/or sunblock, using bug spray, and dressing for the weather. Our outdoor programs are weather dependent and may be cancelled if conditions are not favorable.
