Stand up paddle
boarding is the fastest growing paddle sport in the country. Come and learn about different boards and have
fun trying your skills out on the water.
Paddle boarding can provide an amazing full-body workout that addresses
your core, cardio fitness, balance, and flexibility, all with the fluidity of a
paddle sport.
Paddleboards, paddles, life jackets, and light refreshments will be provided.
Participants must be 18 or older to attend.
Fee of $15 with registration is required by 4 p.m. on Friday, July 20.
Wear a swimming suit or clothes that can get wet. Please bring a towel, lawn chair, and water
bottle.
For any outdoor program, SCC recommends wearing a hat and/or sunblock and dressing for the weather. Our outdoor programs are weather dependent and may be cancelled if conditions are not favorable. In the event that SCC has to cancel a program, registered participants will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
