Pond Study

Event Summary

10:00 – 11:00 a.m., Southwood Conservation Area, 1 mile S. of Smithland, Iowa. There’s more than meets the eye! Kids will take a closer look at the world around them to discover the critters that our eyes often miss. We will look for macro-invertebrates in the pond. Bring a water bottle & wear shoes that can get wet & muddy. Limited to 15 participants, ages 7-12. Meet at the parking lot by the pond.
