DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=BASE64:Join Bremer County Naturalists for a day in the woods. We promise we won't actually lose your child, but we will talk about what to do if it ever happened. We will build our own survival shelters to protect us from the cold evening or rain/snowstorm. Then we will learn how to build a campfire and even use GPS units to find our way out. (Geocaches) A drink will be provided as well as a small snack. Be prepared to be outside for the entire session. Students should arrive in old clothes they can get dirty, boots and anything weather related. Appropriate for 3rd-6th grade students. Please pre-register for this event by calling 319-882-4742.
