\nyours all year around when you learn the basics of apple canning. Naturalist
\nKatie will lead the "Canning with Apples 101" class that will include
\na live demonstration on how to can the summer's most bountiful fruit. There
\nwill be samples of applesauce on hand to taste, as well as proven, easy-to-use
\nrecipes to take home. "Canning with Apples 101" will be held
\nSaturday, July 27 at 2:00 PM in the newly renovated Gabrielson Park shelter
\nhouse.&nbsp;</p>
