\nup an appointment</strong>. Some restrictions apply.&nbsp;
\nThis is a free program offered by a grant through the Winneshiek County
\nSolid Waste Agency.

\nComputer Repair and Recycling will also be on site at Osborne on Saturday, May
\n18th from 9am to noon.&nbsp;
\nThede&rsquo;s accept a number of <strong>electronic items for recycling.&nbsp; Please call 563-245-1516 to schedule a
\ndrop-off time and to confirm the items are recyclable</strong>. Large loads may be
\ndelivered directly to Thede&rsquo;s in Manchester year-round, any day, any time. Call
\n563-822-1143 to reach Thede&rsquo;s for more information. </p>

\nOsborne Center is located on Highway 13, ten miles north of Strawberry Point or
\nfive miles south of Elkader.&nbsp; The center
