\n<p>The
\nnext fundraising event for the Nature All Around Us Art Series will be at 6 p.m.
\non February 19th at the Osborne Nature Center. Space is limited for the next
\npainting class, so reservations are required. Deadline to register will be
\nTuesday, February 16.</p>
\n<p>Participants
\nwill be painting a winter scene with Naturalist Abbey. The workshop is open to
\nadults and teens. All art materials will be provided and participants will
\nleave with a finished painting to take home. Participants are encouraged to
\nbring snacks and beverages to enjoy while they paint. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
\n<p>Funds
\nfor this will benefit the Nature All Around Us Mural Project that was completed
\nin the spring at the Osborne Nature Center by Artist Jordyn Brennan, from Upper
\nIowa University. A grant through the Iowa Arts Council is funding part of this
\nproject, but we still need a few matching funds to complete the grant. &nbsp;The Nature All Around Us Art Series is
\ndesigned to inspire the imagination during educational programs and bring
\nawareness and appreciation of art and nature to Osborne&rsquo;s visitors. Watch our
\nwebsite and Facebook page for upcoming workshops. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
\n<p>Class
\nsize is limited to 9 participants, so register early. </p>
\n<p>The
\nOsborne Center is located on Highway 13, five miles south of Elkader and is
\nopen 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday.
