\nCounty Conservation is pleased to announce the next Older, Wiser, Livelier,
\nSouls. This year&rsquo;s theme is &ldquo;O.W.L.S Favorites&rdquo; and programs take inspiration
\nfrom past favorites to offer participants a wide variety of topics and trips.
\nThis month&rsquo;s program will be a hike at the Kleve- Schneider Fen, a Clayton
\nCounty Conservation Board property. The event will be held on Thursday, June 17th.&nbsp; Please meet at Osborne at 10:00 a.m.</p>
\n<p>Participants
\nwill take a hike with naturalist Abbey through one of Clayton County&rsquo;s most
\nunusual properties.&nbsp; A fen is a special
\ntype of wetland with unique hydrology and PH that create an unusual environment
\nwhere rare species thrive that often cannot be found in other wetlands. Make
\nsure to dress for the weather, walking through brush, and getting your feet wet
\nor muddy in this natural area. Long pants and waterproof shoes are recommended.
\nThis hike will take about an hour.

\nmeet at Osborne at 10:00 a.m. for a car caravan to the fen. After the program
\nthere will be the option of lunch at a local restaurant for those who wish to
